We can also work with your handyman and contractors of your choice.
Hosting Fee and Services
The Hosting Fee (21%) includes the following Services:

- Replenishing Essentials and Consumables (from onsite storage)

The hosting fee is based on the nightly rate per booking charged to the guest.
Additional Services:
- Any charges by contractors or services are billed directly to you, such as required handyman work, etc.
- Any additional services must be authorized by you before we get into action
